The 90 Days to Lead the Way program integrates physical fitness and leadership coaching into a 3-month breakthrough and action-oriented experience. This program is designed to create immediate and lasting shifts in leadership skills. The goal of this program is two-fold:

- 60 minute indoor/outdoor group fitness sessions (2x a week)
- Six group/team coaching sessions (2x a month)
- Nutritional consultation
- 3 one on one coaching sessions (1x a month)
