Program Overview

The 90 Days Later program integrates balanced nutrition, physical fitness and coaching into a 3-month breakthrough and action-oriented experience. The goal of this program is to support a complete mind, body, and spirit makeover in three months, through a unique transformational process. Participants will significantly improve their physical self-perception and will learn the tools to create lasting positive change in all areas of their lives.  Each session is limited to 8-10 participants. 

Target Audience

The 90 Days Later program is specifically designed for individuals who are in a physical, personal, or professional rut; or who want to experience improved satisfaction in their level of physical fitness and personal leadership.

  • 60 minute indoor/outdoor group fitness sessions (2x a week)
  • Weekly group coaching sessions.
